Thoughts about class

It is funny, the first week I was thinking, what in the world have I gotten myself into! How am I going to keep up with all these email and social sites! But I have learned more in the past few weeks than I ever thought I would. There is so much to learn and we just touch the tip of the iceberg on these assignments, but I understand, it changes so fast there is no point in sitting down and having a cup of ice cream huh?

Before these two classes that I am currently taking at ASU I didn't have a data package on my phone, but after the first week I got a new phone and told my husband he was going to have to set me up to keep up with the emails during the day. There is no way with my schedule and the boys sports that I could get home, no telling what time, and go through all these emails! So at work, sports, church, dinner or whatever we might be doing I am always checking my phone, or maybe I should say my phone is ringing me all the time because I have a new email!

My favorite thing I would have to say is me finding Delicious! What a cool concept to keep all of your bookmarks on one site and your friends can send you ideas for what they think you might like as well! I really got hooked on it earlier skimming through pages and trying to find more things that I want to bookmark. I am definately not done with that one!

I do like that we have lots of smaller assignments during the week, that way I can try and budget my time accordingly, (hoping for no more viruses) of course! I also thought that Second Life has to be the craziest thing ever! The other day I was trying to get virtual Brooke dressed and my six-year-old came in and of course she was in this sexy lace bra and he was asking me how in the world that was homework! What do you say to that! I think she is still wearing a skirt on top of her jeans that I cannot seem to get off!

Thanks to DI for all the great info I have learned, and will continue to learn!

I, too, like having smaller assignments. Nice reflections :D
