Blending worlds

This assignment has just been a big cloud over my head. My person and i have tried to meet a couple of times, i had to cancel once, she had to cancel once. Today she left me a Facebook message on the loop and was driving through to a meeting so i meet her for a minute.

I met Lisa through a running site, the Loop on Runner's World. I was looking for advice for a marathon and she answered me back. She tours around and runs marathons, i am looking for a training program so i asked her since she lives in Greensboro. Got some good advice and picked her brain about running stuff that I am sure you would not find interesting!

This assignment is a good idea, even though i dreaded it, and i really wish I would have had it early on so I didn't have to stress so much, because this has stressed me out. She was my only contact (that i wanted to meet) and I really didn't think I would get it done before the end of this class because my schedule tended to conflict with hers!

I think this tends to be harder if you live in a small town and there are no events to attend. If I had lived somewhere more diverse it would have been easier!

And yes, I didn't have my camera because I left it at home because I was taking pictures last night at a church event and it is full and needed to dump them off... this was not planned so i really wasn't prepared but i had to squeeze her in since this is the last weekend! I think i was cursed on this assignment and glad it is over!
